Command to activate and deactivate a chore

In some cases we come across a scenario in which a chore, especially the one that executes save data all, impacts on the execution of a large process, e.g. a macro that executes several assessments, taking 1h30 to finish the execution, it would be interesting to have a command to activate and deactivate a chore, so when this large assessment process starts executing it would deactivate the Save data All chore, and at the end of the Assessment execution activate the chore again.

Today we use REST API as Python code to do this orchestration, but it's not ideal

    This idea is not under consideration.

    However, we are planning a signifigant update to Turbo Integrator processes in TM1 v12 that would make it very easy to make REST API calls to the TM1 database that is running the Turbo Integrator process. This would allow modelers to enable/disable chores and use all other REST API endpoints very easily in TI code.
