PAW - Ability to upload flat file / excel file into workspace for reporting

Ability to create dashboards in PAW using non-TM1 data in the form of flat files/.csv files, without the need of storing the dataset in a TM1 cube.

The current work-around (although not pretty) is for modellers in PAW to create a new process widget that allows to drag and drop a csv file. Steps to do that: Right click on the processes underneath the server you want the data to be imported. Create a new process (give it a name). Select File as a data source. This will create a new TI process widget. The book can then be saved and given to other users so that they don't need modelling rights to drag and drop the data. Modellers are however required to create this widget in the first place. In the long term we need to expose this functionality to end user (ability to drag and drop a csv file).

drag-n-drop functionality has been already there. So custom generic process can serve the purpose (I've created the process for one of our customers). It copies data into a cube. can be also generic cube...
