Row limit reached "Warning" vs. "Error"

We believe its useful to show a warning notice instead of showing this as an error because basically its based on a setting that the user is specifying in the job configs prior to running the job. Its also helpful when a user might forget to remove the row limit specification prior to deployment which would show in the status report when execution from the GUI, but in OPTIM Manager it'll show as the job has failed when monitoring which might cause the user to do more troubleshooting to find out if the job failed when the job actually was successful. Also, this is causing the status report in OPTIM Manager to show as text instead of HTML which the L1&L2 support team wasn't able to reproduce the issue and that's why we're submitting this request to resolve this defect in the product.
