Support Postgres DBAlias via pr0cnfg on Linux

Per https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/iotdm/11.3?topic=tasks-syntax-keywords, the pr0cnfg command only supports adding DBAliases for Oracle and UDB DBMS types on Linux. This means that we must use Windows if we want to use Optim Data Privacy to mask PostgreSQL data sources using CLI.

It would be great if the ability to add DBAliases for other data source types (particularly PostgreSQL) was added to the Linux CLI.

    Hi, this is a reasonable requirement. As of August 2021, current Optim development work is focused on a near term upcoming release. We'll review this requirement as a candidate for future releases. At present my estimate is that it is unlikely to be included in the release or fixpack immediately following the upcoming release due to higher priority requirements having to do with DBMS support.
