Increased SSO Connection Monitoring

In our OpenPages instance we recently had three documented short but total outages, lasting for a few minutes each. In all of them, the Support team noticed the logs indicating SSO errors, but we made sure, in all occurrences, that we did not have a problem from our side. Our hypothesis is that OpenPages on Cloud could be having some networking issues, and we would like to request the implementation of extra logging regarding the application's communication with our SSO server, if we are to pinpoint the root cause of these issues.

    This request has already been delivered in the OpenPages 8.3 release as part of the Trace Logging capability (specifically via the "opaccess" appender).
