Allow for Multiple Group and Role Assignments in a Single API Call

Our implementation of OpenPages requires users to be listed in several groups and to have multiple direct role assignments allocated. We use an IAM system which via the REST API adds and removes users and their access. With one user request we need to add the various groups and role assignments and with the API as it currently is, it is not possible to do this in one API call / request. The API should allow for multiple group and role allocations to be done in one API call.

This will make easier where a user is on more than one group.
