Quick link to next step in workflow when it's on a different object

Problem description: There are cases when the next step in a business workflow involves going to a related object and performing some action on that related object (create new, associate, or run a workflow step). For example, an issue arises that requires an exception to be requested. After the user logs the issue they have to go navigate to the entity and then raise an exception from there. It would be much more intuitive for the user if they can remain on the issue screen and raise an exception from there.

Suggestion: Provide a quick link to the next step in the business workflow. In this particular case the view could be setup such that the user is given a quick link to create a new exception under the parent business entity of the issue.
