MDM API MemScore should allow configuration for search comparison instead of linking comparison

The MemScore operation in the MDM API can be used to compare a set of search criteria against itself. We are using this functionality to determine the maximum potential score that will be returned for a given set of criteria. In this way, we can perform a search against the hub, and divide the search score for each member by the maximum potential score retrieved via MemScore and determine the 0-100% normalized score for each memrecno returned from the search. This doesn't quite work though because MemScore is only configured to use the linking comparison to obtain the score, and will not return the search comparison score. MemScore should be configurable so that we can obtain the linking score or searching score depending on our use case.
