List in Relationship frame

We recently upgrade the version of an MDM project from 6.0.0 to 11.6.0 FP13. When we open a relationship attribut in single edit view of an item and we research it in the frame. Items are not ordered by primary key or display attribute but seems to be ordered by id in database (first created item appear first, second appear second, regardless of primary key or display attribute).

We are using Webpshere 9.0.0.11 and Oracle database 12cr2.

Default ordering is always on internal ID but UI provides option to sort it on any other column , on-demand.
