Modeler code conversion

It seems that Modeler converts characters as explained in the attached file.
Therefore, Japanese has a problem with the Unicode converter.

Some Japanese characters are garbled when converting from Shift-JIS to Unicode and when converting from Unicode to Shift-JIS. It depends on what converters your product uses.

1) : ㈱ (double-byte characters) problem

Vendor character issues.
The code points stored in the database differ depending on whether the application is via Unicode conversion.

It may have different search results depending on the application used

2) : Double-byte dash (double-byte character) problem (double-byte)

MS Unicode and IBM Unicode issues.
Search full width dash with Java program

MS conversion does not support conversion from U+2014 to 0x815C.
It is garbled the character.

3) : ¥, ~ (tilde) (half-width character) problem

It has a problem with the difference of base of transformation (syntaxics, glyphs).
