Include the Parameter Long Name in the "Parameters" tab of a Job Step

In IBM SPSS Modeler, the user can define stream parameters that can be used in the nodes in various ways. This is extremely useful when creating streams that serve as 'templates' for different, but similar, purposes.
Each parameter has a name, which is used in the CLEM expressions, and a 'Long Name', which is a more verbose description that is shown in the user interface and in the prompt when executing the stream through the IBM SPSS Modeler client.
The long name can be used to describe exactly how the parameter is used and in some cases what values are valid or how to format the value.
When using an IBM SPSS Modeler stream as a job step in a C&DS job, only the parameter name, the storage, and the type is shown along with the value. It does not show the "Long Name" and I think that it should have the long name available just like the Job Variables have a "Description".
