Document permissions to update Deployment Manager client install when fixpacks or packages are applied to the C&DS server.

User has a existing installation of Deployment Manager client. Either a new package (ex: Modeler Adapters) or a Fixpack is applied to the Collaboration and Deployment Services Server. When the users deployment manager client first connects to the C&DS server, the client checks to see if there are any updates to apply to the client installation directory. If the user is signed in with an Administrator profile that has access to the deployment manager client installation directory, then the updates are applied and all is well. However if the user is not a member of the Administrators group on that system, the client will then look to the Users directory and update the deployment manager cache directory. That update is only good for that session, once the users signs out and back in, they will then get prompted again that there are updates to apply, this will continue to happen until an Administrator is able to log in with that users client and update the Deployement Manger install directory.

The customer would like something put in the Adapter installation instructions (Modeler/Statistics/ADM) and the C&DS fixpack instructions that after updates are applied to the C&DS server, the clients must sign on to their machine and launch the deployment manager client with a Administrator profile so the client installation directory will get updated.
