Salesforce Connector doesn't support Bulk Load for Salesforce Objects where PK Chunking is not enabled or not supported

Salesforce Connector within DataStage currently has two options for retrieving data

1) Real-Time Query Mode
2) Bulk Mode

But the Bulk Mode functionality is currently limited only to Salesforce objects that support PK Chunking. Working with Salesforce support they have suggested that bulk mode and PK chunking need not be coupled. So, decoupling the Bulk Mode functionality to always use PK chunking would be a major win especially considering most of the objects (custom objects included) do support bulk load but we are unable to use it because of a datastage limitation.

A case was opened and closed for this same purpose (TS001104439).
