CLI to set property “Message Handler for Parallel Jobs” for DataStage projects

We use the property “Message Handler for Parallel Jobs” at project level in some DataStage projects. To define the message handler, we start the "InfoSphere DataStage Administor" tool, select the DataStage project, then button "Properties" and tab "Parallel". There we select the “Message Handler for Parallel Jobs”.
We want to automate the installation of DataStage projects in a deployment pipeline using commandline utilities. When we create a new DataStage project using the command “dsadmin -createproject”, the value for property “Message Handler for Parallel Jobs” is <none>. We would like to have a commanline utility to set the property “Message Handler for Parallel Jobs” to another value.
