Datastage supporting generic API's to an external security provider

Background:
GDPR is bringing an eminent need to safely secure sensitive (customer-) data. This is bringing new requirements to the tools that have access to this data.
DataStage, due to the functional nature of the tool, is requiring extremely high authorization levels to a wide scope of production data. The business risks that come with such high authorization levels demand that additional security measures are taken to control the access towards DataStage. The most common way to achieve this is a mechanism where access control and password management is externalized.
After GDPR, Rabobank security policies enforce this as the only acceptable mechanism for using non expiring users on tools.
This Request for enhancement is about enabling this on DataStage:

Requirement:
DataStage needs to support two generic API's:
• A generic login API to exchange credentials which are secured within an external security provider (e.g. CyberArk PAM or similar security software)
• A secure and externally available API to change the DataStage password after every use.
