We are implementing Data Governance solution in an organization with many entities and need an option to secure the access to technical and custom assets from users in different legal entities. At the moment, there is such option just for Glossary items (Categories and terms), but all users with a role different from Basic User can view or even edit (depends on the role) all other assets.
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||When this suite is imlemented in large organizations it will require extended access and security settings, exceeding the current ones.|
|Priority Justification||Idea is rankeg High, because it is related to complying security requirements in our project of implementing IS with the customer.|
|Client Name||UCB Bulgaria|
How should it work?
There should be an option to restrict access to technical assets and their drill-down to different users/groups, just like it is implemented for Glossary items.
