Importing metadata via JDBC Data Connection should show accurate db_name

When discovering assets in 11.7.1, using a JDBC data connection, "the database name to use might differ from the actual database name, depending on the JDBC driver. For example, for Db2 you might need to use db2, and for Oracle ibm." This is documented under https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSZJPZ_11.7.0/com.ibm.swg.im.iis.igcug.doc/topics/t_igcug_auto_discovery.html. However, this is confusing to the end user because the actual database name is not represented in the repository, catalog, or in the lineage. Furthermore, importing the same metadata using a native driver will result in duplicate metadata.
