create indexes for external tables

External tables are a great asset for ETL, and extending a bit the concept, they could be the base for a great ETL client.
Often, one external table is the source of several ETL tasks, therefore it must be read sequentially several times, even if the SELECT commands have a where clause. If the external table is huge, time is wasted.

By creating indexes on external tables, really fast integration tasks can be executed, saving the time taken by reading sequentially a huge file or directory, avoiding multiple steps.
