Just because data is stored as a smartblob not blob, we have to go to a work around solution to get "LENGTH" of blob stored.
By using length(smartblob) the amount of bytes stored in the smartblob should be returned.
The LENGTH function works if the blob is stored in a byte (dumb blob), but a blob (smartblob) does not return the size .
Why is it useful?

How should it work?
make the function LENGTH() work for blob data types
|Priority Justification||It might seem small, but it becomes a big deal when you can't get the information you need quickly just because the smartblob does not know what size it is|
