ADD CHUNK' OPERATION SHOULD RETURN WARNING THAT LEVEL 0 ARCHIVE NEEDS TO BE DONE

An 'add dbspace' operation returns the following warning upon completion: ** WARNING ** A level 0 archive of Root DBSpace will need to be done.

An 'add chunk' operation just returns 'chunk successfully added'.
An 'add chunk' operation should also return a warning,
pointing out the requirement of a level 0 archive.

Additional remarks:
The requirement of a level 0 archive, after adding a dbspace or chunk, is well documented.

However, if a level 0 archive is not done, the error message when trying to do an incremental backup is misleading: "The existing level-0 backup for DBspace rootdbs is too old to allow any incremental backup."
I ask to either improve this error message to be more helpful,
or - when adding a chunk - return a warning to perform a level 0 archive (like it's done when adding a dbspace).
