Add more coordinate system into DashDB, like GCS_WGS_1984_MAJOR_AUXILIARY_SPHERE

Now I am trying to migrate the IBM IOC database from DB2 to DashDB on Bluemix. However, when running the following cmds to create the resource,

db2 "call db2gse.ST_create_srs('WGS84_AUX',300,-180,100000,-180,null, null, null, null,null, 'GCS_WGS_1984_MAJOR_AUXILIARY_SPHERE', 'MAJOR_AUXILIARY_SPHERE',?,?);"

db2 "call db2gse.ST_create_srs('MERC',302,-100000000,100, -100000000,null, null, null, null,null, 'WGS_1984_WEB_MERCATOR', 'WEB_MERCATOR',?,?);"

It will report like the coordinate system xxxx does not exist.

MSGCODE = -1018
MSGTEXT = GSE1018N A coordinate system named
"GCS_WGS_1984_MAJOR_AUXILIARY_SPHERE" does not exist.

As the future Geo data import depends on the availability of these coordinate systems, the IOC DB can not be migrated to DashDB on Bluemix.

When using the DashDB container which was got from the docker hub, there is not such issues.
