Currently, users can see analytical project names on the list only when they are collaborators.
If users create analytical projects freely and do not assign admin user as a collaborator, admin can not notice there are projects on the system.
Some projects might take up much memory or CPU time.
Admin user must know there are projects and who owns the projects.
So, when some projects take up too much memory, admin can ask them to release resources, at least.
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||My customer, now conducting POC of CP4D, wants to have a complete project list.|
How should it work?
All the existing projects should be listed on the Project list displayed Menu->Project for admin user.
Also, owner name should be included on the project list.
It is OK for admin not to be able to see the contents of the projects.
|Priority Justification||Admin user can not be manage system wuthout knowing who uses resources.|
