Problem adding stewards to business term attributes

After setting up access to CP4D for LDAP accounts, there was a problem of adding stewards to business term cards and providing users with access to catalogs.

In the menu for adding stewards, there are only users who have logged into CP4D at least once and local users.

How to add users who are in the groups AD that are associated with the role in the LDAP configure menu?

Is it possible to somehow add user accounts and associate them with domain accounts. For example, through REST API?

You might considering using CP4D 3.5 ( soon to be GA ) where

One can create a user group and add LDAP groups to it and the LDAP sync job will be triggered every 20 minutes to pull users from those LDAP groups to CP4D and assign them to CP4D user groups and roles accordingly. LDAP users will show up in usermgmt when that is done.

    Hi,

I was not aware of this issue, but see how it can be frustrating. I have added it to our backlog and will discuss the problem with our engineering team.

Thanks for your idea. We will evaluate the ask to include any registered Cloud Pak for Data User as a possible Steward with our Design and Engineering teams.
