Our customer really requests (requires) support for rich text formatting with support for attaching images and video files.
This is very important for transferring data to CP4D from other information systems.
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||Business Users|
How should it work?
Business users ask for support for this feature in text attributes (standard and custom).
The customer has a need to insert images into the text field, for example, an image of a complex mathematical formula, graphics, etc.
Add video instructions to the text describing business terms.
The content should be displayed in the CP4D interface.
I think it will be better if file storage is connected to CP4D.
The CP4D interface will have a function to upload files and control access to them.
|Priority Justification||The customer wants to implement CP4D as soon as possible. This is very important for transferring data to CP4D from other information systems.|
