Mail function of CP4D Platform enhancement

Currently, I understand that CP4D's mail sending function is as follows.

The platform can send emails to users only when Watson Studio or Watson Knowledge Catalog are installed. If neither service is installed, the SMTP configuration is not used.

Until ICP4D V2.1, I remember that the e-mail notification function could be used in the user management and monitoring part as well, but now that function disappears, the customer feels very inconvenient in operation. Therefore, I would like you to link the following functions with the mail sending function.

Who would benefit from this IDEA? I think this is an essential function for CP4D to be utilized as a serious data platform for customers.
How should it work?

1. Notify users by email when a component of CP4D fails.

2. CP4D components and pods monitor resources and notify users by email when the threshold is exceeded.

3. Monitor the log file inside the CP4D pod and notify the user by email when a specific keyword is output to the log file.

Idea Priority High
Priority Justification At present, even if a CP4D component fails, the customer cannot immediately detect it and delay response to the failure. Therefore, the customer's business may be stopped for a long time, and in the worst case, the customer may be required to claim damages. In addition, customers are likely to switch to other products.
