Administrator cannot see the project name in the list if he/she is not registered as a collaborator of the project. That causes explosion of uncontrolled projects.
We strongly hope administrator be able to manage all of the projects. At least, administrator must be able to see all of the projects. Because, there is also no limitation about creating project and usage of resources by project.
