FTM MER to be able to receive abort notification messages(xsys.012) from SWIFT

When SWIFT generates the negative response (in this case xsys.012),  PBB would want FTM MER to be able to pick up the necessary information from Payload and route it to the configured System Message que instead of dropping it to the Error que. When it drops to the Error que, the User will not be able to view it. 

FYR : This is how it will look like in the Error que

 Enclosed the details for the Inward message xyx012 will be been routed to the error MQ queue (FTMERRIMX)
