Integrate FTM with SailPoint IdentityNow for centralized user account governance and provisioning.

SailPoint can be integrated via an API or a JDBC connection directly to the database. The IdentityNow product would need to be able to perform the following:

1) Add a user and assign to an existing FTM group or groups

2) Change a users group membership

3) Lock a user

4) Unlock a user

5) Delete a user

6) Pull a list of users, group assignments and permissions

Actual request from SalePoint:

• API Feasibility to manage user’s access in FTM

o Is there an API that could be used to fetch all users and their accesses

o Is there an API that could create a user into FTM

o Is there an API that could assign a role in FTM

o Is there an API that could fetch all the roles in FTM

o Is there an API that could update/revoke a user’s access in FTM

• Connecting via JDBC

o Can we fetch all users and their access in FTM by querying a table/staging table/view

o Can we fetch all the roles in FTM by querying a table/staging table/view

o Can users be provisioned to FTM by inserting user to a table/staging table/view

o Can a user be added to a role by inserting or updating to a table/staging table/view

o Can a user be removed from a role by updating a table/staging table/view

o Can a user be revoked from FTM application by updating table/staging table/view

If the above options of API/JDBC is feasible, please provide additional details.

FTM already provides patterns and integration points for Single Sign On (SSO) and third party user management systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, etc. and similar systems.
