JDBC gateway managment and installation improvements

We have segregation of duties in our environment and very strict use of super user authority.

Who install the product, install it using a specific RACF group. The start/stop of the JDBC process will be given by the userid of the automation tool, or could be given by operators userid or system programmer userid, that are in another RACF group.

Thus the code should be written taking into account that we would like to have all code needed to start/stop under specific directories thus allowing to grant privileges only to those directories/files to the relevant users. Fulfilling the least privilege principle rule.

In order to make the product manageable it is mandatory to separate in different directories (even file systems): product executable code, configuration files, user data.

Moreover in a cluster (sysplex) configuration user data must be accessible from more systems and the serialization of the update must be correctly managed.

Also when another user starts the JDBC gateway we have experienced that the first time the Data Sources are lost, we do not want this to happen. In case of disaster or if we have a problem with the automation, we would like that any authorized user is able to start the JDBC gateway without the need to import data sources
