Ref TS003663019 - When using CDA there is no option to log-in with read-only access so the assumption is that any CDA user could add, delete, or update a subscription. This is inapproriate for a Production Environment hence why we are experiencing the errors reported in Case TS003663019.
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||All users who use CDA in their Production Environment.|
How should it work?
When logging in through CDA it should log you on with read access not assume you want control access.
|Priority Justification||Currenyly we are getting error messages in our Production Environment and none of the workarounds provided in Case TS003663019 are suitable for our enviroment.|
|Customer Name||Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest Group.|
