When a subscription is restarted, a conflict from the original failing UOR is ignored during the subscription's adaptive apply restart window, resulting in an erroneous, successful restart of the subscription. Because of the unknow state of the updates in the UORs created during a subscription's adaptive apply restart window, actual conflicts cannot be discerned from new conflicts created as a result of already being applied prior to the subscription's error.

How should it work?
Track completed UORs so if a subscription is restarted after an error, already applied updates/UORs are reprocessed during the subscription's adaptive apply restart window. This might also include setting a flag (or other information) to be passed to the conflict exit to help identify the updates/UORs which should caused the original error and should not be ignored during the restart window.
|Priority Justification||Currently, because of the uncertainty of the status of UORs, restarting a subscription can be successful because a true conflict cannot be detected during the adaptive apply restart window.|
