DOC-like row filters for table views in DO

Have the ability to create a set of filters on a table view that:
a. As a set of filters that each can be added, edited and removed.
b. Are persistent, i.e. do not disappear when switching views.
c. Can be enabled/disabled
d. Include logic like `contain`, `equals`, `not equals`, etc.
e. Can be shared among different views
f. Can be saved and recalled by name

This is basically the same as the table filtering capabilities in DOC (with the addition of saving a filter set).

Support:
Analyzing the optimization result often requires a detailed inspection of the input and output data where one needs to focus on a very selected subset of data.
For instance, looking at all demand, recipes and planned production activities for a specific product, for a customer, in a month.
In my experience building many applications in DOC, this feature was one of the most basic and crucial features to develop and debug optimization applications.

We made a lot of changes, in the tables view, since this was added. Do you still consider the filtering capability is not enough today?
