Defines VSAM clusters for the Db2 defined objects (as optional)

Reference to Case number TS002663644

This is for using "Db2 Recovery Expert disaster recovery feature - Recovering at the remote site using DB2 image copies":

During Disaster Recovery tests some Db2 subsystems found indoubt and inflight threads at Db2 subsystem startup and, as result, some of db2 objects ran on Logical Page List (RW,LPL) status. To fix that we manually ran RECOVERY INDOUBT command to get rid of IMS thread found. DBAs ran idcams to "define the underlying VSAM LDS that were missing", ran Db2 command -start db() sp(<spacenam) acc (rw) followed by recovery tablespace utility.

The big concerns here is about RE not designed to generate the VSAM clusters for Db2 defined objects. We can see ALLC member contains IDCAMS define statements ONLY for Db2 SYSTEM catalog/directory, BSDS and ACTIVE LOGS.

The request is to generate the IDCAMS DEFINE statements for applications Db2 defined objects similar to what RE have on ALLC member, but being generated in another separated member (I would said ssidALLD). Doing that, the customer will have all their application Db2 defined objects IDCAMS DEFINE statements saved in a member and it could be useful at somehow, like on indoubt thread recovery situation.
