Allow connections to db2 luw databases to use SSL

Our company is in the middle of implementing an 'in-flight data encryption' for all database activity that requires SSL use. Other IBM products such as IBM Data Studio and Data Server Manager allow for connections to databases using SSL jdbc drivers. We have also been able to use local DB2 CLI node and database catalogs to specify SSL. But Recovery Expert seem to not have any options for using SSL.

I will change this status back to "NEEDS REVIEW", and wait until there is a RE for LUW category (to transfer it)

Apparently there is no workspace entry for RE LUW. I only see one entry in the list, which does not indicate the o/s platform. I'm not sure how a customer would add an entry related to the LUW version.

In any case, for benefit of the customer, we DO intend to implement this functionality in Db2 Recovery Expert for LUW. It is still planned for the later half of 2020. I have discussed it with Derek Carter (IBM).

I will follow up with our IBM product contact to see about adding a workspace entry for RE LUW for future requests.

After more research, we believe it should be practical to add this support in a way similar to the method used by the Data Server Manager (DSM) product. We are planning to include this in a future product update for later in the year. We do not have a specific target date at this time.

We agree this is a desirable feature. We are investigating what is required to support it.
