Support for creating DB2 Load Data Sets in RECFM=VBS Format with embedded LOB data

DB2 LAT to support creation of load files in RECFM=VBS with embedded LOB/XML data.

DB2 LAT supports log processing to create load files for tables with LOB/XML columns. At present DB2 LAT only allows LOB/XML columns to be extracted into PDS or PDSE data sets, because DB2 LAT creates load files with LOB/XML data to use file references referring to members of PDS or PDSE data sets. This method is robust. HOwever this method has limitations when it comes to creating load files with tens of millions of LOB/XML column data (PDS: directory space, PDSE: maximum number of members supported) which makes it nearly unmanagable to use DB2 LAT for recovering big amounts of LOB data.
