Parameter to suppress the generate of Grant Statements in Db2 Cloning Tool

When we clone tablespaces from a production to a test Db2 system we would like to suppress all authorizations on the target objects (e.g. tables, views), because users don't possess the same privileges in these two environments. At this time cloning tool generates and executes the grant statements, which leads to wrong privileges in the target Db2 system.

With the enhancement for PH14954: Users can use SUPPRESS-GRANTS parameter to choose, whether the GRANT statements should be generated for the target system during the table space cloning. Valid values are Y or N (the default).

Also PH18693 PTF has to be applied on all systems which are used for the generation of cloning JCL jobs from ISPF interface. This PTF has to be installed after PH14954 APAR immediately to prevent the generation of wrong Db2 table space cloning source JCL job in
    ISPF interface.
