Object prioritization entries added in the DB2 Automation Tool do not have CREATED USERID, CREATED TS, LAST UPDATED USERID, and LAST UPDATED TS attributes associated with them. This makes it very difficult to determine when an entry was added or last modified, and to determine the resulting effect of adding or changing the entry.
Why is it useful?
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||DBA|
How should it work?
When working with the Automation Tool, you can add/change object prioritizations entries in the Automation Tool, however, there is currently no way to tell who made a change to an entry, or when. This makes it very difficult to use object prioritizations and to determine what change resulted in what effect in processing by the Autonomics Director.
|Priority Justification||Improved product usability of autonomic functionality, and DBA efficiency.|
