Provide the ability to filter Autonomic Execution History by Time of Day

We have many scheduled autonomic-related events/actions that execute throughout a given day, every single day, but at the same time each day. When viewing theses actions in the Autonomic Execution History in the Autonomic Console, there may be hundreds or even thousands of data rows that need to be scrolled through to find the specific entries that a user is looking for. This can make it difficult to find only the small set of data rows for an event/action that executes at the same time every day. If a filter was provided that allowed the user to see only the execution history rows for events/actions that execute at a given time of day every day, it would make it much easier to find just the rows that the user desires to see.
