Always generate ALTER TABLE SQL for Identity Columns RFE 71287

https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=71287

Could you please add a new parameter to Cloning Tool where it will always generate the ALTER TABLE Restart even if restart-valuie is not set in catalog.

If a table with an identity column is cloned from the orginal environment into a "staging" area and afterwards without further updates into the target environment the startvalue for the Identity Column isn't set correctly any more. Therefore it Cloning Tool would ALWAYS check the highest used value and afterwards set startvalue of the identity column onto this value.

This enhancement was implemented in 3.2 PTF UI45656 (PI67734, +PI77928).

Db2 Cloning Tool always checks the highest used value for identity columns and afterwards generates ALTER TABLE RESTART startvalue if it should be updated on the target Db2 subsystem.
