Allow Exclude criteria to be directly specified in ADB2GEN

We are driving automation by dynamically building a list of objects to 'GEN' the DDL for. However we also need to dynamically build a list of objects to exclude. Currently ADB2GEN only allows reference to a pre existing exclude which has to be created in foreground in the tool. We would like the ability to specify the exclude criteria directly in the job.

    ADB2GEN supports adding excludes via the XDTYPE='object type' request. E.g.:

    XDTYPE='TS',QUAL='K%MAPP0', NAME='%';

    followed by a request, e.g.:

    DB='K%P0', TS='SMICUST';
