Set DB2_USE_FAST_PREALLOCATION on the stogroup level

We would like to have an option to set the allocation of a FS at a SG level to fast pre-allocation. We have large DMS temporary tablespaces that on a failover to our remote site, we rebuild from scratch.

when rebuilding a large DMS temp FS (800GB), it could take 20 -30 minutes and this delays our failover time.

Who would benefit from this IDEA? Anyone wih large DMS temp FS's who recrecrate on a failover from scratch.
How should it work?

alter stogroup temp_sg fast_preallocation=on;

Idea Priority Medium
Priority Justification Currently, we have ext4 FS and they are all set to fast preallocation, which affects insert perfromance when the extents need to be allocated.
