Db2 Warehouse Console to display the historical data for (1) Locked Objects with Waiting Connections, and (2) Find Locked Objects

We are currently receiving the following error on DB2 Warehouse which is causing IIDR (IBM Infosphere Data Replication) to fail:

A SQL exception has occurred. The SQL error code is '-911'. The SQL state is: 40001. The error message is:

The current transaction has been rolled back because of a deadlock or timeout. Reason code "68".. SQLCODE=-911, SQLSTATE=40001, DRIVER=4.24.92

We need a method of historically viewing the "Locked Objects with Waiting connections" and the "Find Locked Objects" in the DB2 Warehouse GUI.  Currently it says that this functionality is "Not available in historical mode".

This makes it impossible to determine what the offender was that caused the deadlock which caused the IIDR subscription to fail.

Who would benefit from this IDEA? Anyone trying to determine what caused a deadlock going back in time.
How should it work?

In the DB2 Warehouse GUI, one should be able to see "Locked Objects with Waiting connections" and the "Find Locked Objects" for points in time going back in history.  Otherwise, we cannot know what the offending lock was at a point in time when our IIDR subscription failed.

Idea Priority High
Priority Justification Unstable IIDR replication to DB2 Warehouse. High MIPS costs on mainframe for having to do differential refreshes
