Python 3.8 and Django 3

Hi

We're a Python shop as well as a DB2 shop. We need support for the IBM DB2 driver for Python 3.8. In addition to this, we use Django for our webapps; we develop our own web apps for managing our supercomputers. That being said, as Django 2.2 is LTS, it's also end of life in about 16 months. Therefore, we are already looking at Django 3.x.

So i would like to see:

1. Support for Django 2.2.5/2.2.6
2. Python 3.8
3. They would like to have Django 3.x support in near future
