Officially Support Db2 Connect .NET core in AWS

I can currently connect using the "mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/core/sdk:2.2-stretch" distro with IBM.Data.DB2.Core-lnx nuget package from AWS Fargate. I am told by support that this is not officially supported. Please officially support this setup.

I would also like to connect to Db2 from a lamba function using the IBM.Data.DB2.Core-lnx  nuget packages.

It would be great if you could support all .net core distros

https://hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-dotnet-core-runtime/

It would also be great if you could create one package for both windows and linux.

One package for Windows, Mac, and Linux needs to be done.  It's been "a future release" since 2017.  I think the future is now.
