Request for EBCDIC order on IDAA

Our customer has used DB2 since more than 30 years ago. So, all DB2 tables are made up of EBCDIC.
Based on customer's IT plan, IDAA was installed.
Users need to sort data in EBCDIC order.
IDAA tables are made up of UNICODE, therefore sort results are UNICODE order.

As a solution, we tried to sort data using ORDER BY CAST CCSID EBCDIC as below SQL.
But, we can not execute at all.
We referred to the knowledgecenter's documentation and confirmed that it can not handle to any codepage in a SQL.

Please refer below:

https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS4LQ8_5.1.0/com.ibm.datatools.aqt.doc/gui/concepts/c_idaa_no_query_offloading.html
<SQL>
SELECT TOWN_KATA,TOWN_NAME
FROM TEST.ZIPCODE
WHERE NEW_CODE LIKE '732080%'
ORDER BY CAST(TOWN_KATA AS CHAR(78) CCSID EBCDIC) ;
DSNT408I SQLCODE = -4742, ERROR: THE STATEMENT CANNOT BE EXECUTED BY DB2 OR
IN THE ACCELERATOR (REASON 7)
