Make parent business temporal table updatable

Business temporal tables that are parent table in referential integrity relationship cannot be updated in a way that reflects the time dimension of the data. As described in the attached document there is no way to change any column value from a specified point in time and still keep the old value that is valid to that point in time. Temporal updates is not allowed and doing the same thing with ordinary updates and inserts will violate RI rules during the process.

Because of this problem we cannot use temporal RI.
