XMLCHANGENAMESPACES function

This RFE proposes an XMLCHANGENAMESPACES function that can be used to create a copy of an XML element node with one or more namespaces being changed.

Proposed syntax:

XMLCHANGENAMESPACES(XML-Expression, old-namespace-uri--AS--new-namespace-uri)
Where XML-Expression must evaluate to a single element or document node, and the "old AS new" clause can be repeated

The XMLCHANGENAMESPACES function creates a copy of XML-Expression, replacing the namespace URIs as specified. That is, an element node that was in namespace old-namespace-uri in the original XML-Expression will be in the corresponding new-namespace-uri in the copy. This applies recursively to the descendants of the element node. Existing namespace bindings remain unaffected. All nodes other than element nodes are copied without change.
If the same URI appears both as an old-namespace-uri and a new-namespace-uri, the result is unpredictable.

Note: Both old-namespace-uri and new-namespace-uri may be the empty string, in order to move elements without a namespace in the original XML-Expression into a namespace in the copy, or vice versa.

Example:

SELECT XMLCHANGENAMESPACES(
XMLPARSE('UliSeelbach'),
'foo.org' as 'acme.com')

results in

UliSeelbach

Note that in the result, both the name element and its descendants are in the new namespace.
