Read all SQL statements from dynamic statement cache

Storage areas in DB2 become bigger and bigger, so does the dynamic statement cache. When reading the DSC data with the IFI function READS (IFCID 316) the possibility to get an RC 00E60833 increases, when specifying a return area that is large enough to get all data. When you then decrease the return area to a lower number, you don't get all data. So there will be "invisible SQLs" in the DSC that we have no idea of - as they are “in use” and not flushed.
I would like to have the possibility to get all the DSC data via IFI READS request independent of the size of DSC or any other internal structure.
