DB2 Generated Always Timestamp Field - Default Values Change

The 'default value' for a generated always time stamp column is the last PAGE update time stamp or LRSN, but the LRSN can change and thus the default value changes.

Which means that until you REORG the object, when you update a single row on a DB2 page, all remaining rows on that page will also be 'updated' to the current time.

This changes AREO to a MUST REORG value, as the data will be inconsistent until the REORG solidifies the default values.
