Display profile command should have display system privilege

The -dis profile command is missing the DISPLAY system privilege authority. This is causing us security permission issues, as well as being inconsistent with how other display commands are set up (-dis ddf, -dis util(*) for example). Since we grant permissions by privileged/non-privileged access, we cannot execute the -dis profile command without getting access to sysadm/dbadm authority.

    This would be very helpful and ensure consistency with the general DISPLAY system privilege that we already have granted to the correct personnel.

-DISPLAY PROFILE does not utilize the DISPLAY system privilege for execution, while -DISPLAY DDF, -DISPLAY PROCEDURE, -DISPLAY THREAD, etc. does.
